In the price of our settled mediating commission fee are included: the lawyer’s services of checking the ownership documents, making of precontract, delivering of the documents because of the property transactions tax assessment, preposition for preregistering, collecting and delivering of the documents to the land register because of the registering of the ownership’s right, services of legal advice and help.
